Dominique Douglas, director and owner of Stylish Events, has been frustrated for many years that the vast majority of wedding dresses have been strapless, backless or halterneck.  Very few elegant dresses, she feels, have had sleeves. She is delighted at last that the new Duchess of Cambridge - a lovely, charming and slim young woman - has finally done it for all those ladies who want, need or should cover their arms.
